I have always bought steak sauce at the grocery store and found that the variety was lacking, but the price was steep. I only use this steak sauce for all of my grilling because it is delicious and half the price of the store-bought variety.
Preparation Time-10 minutes
Servings-4
Ingredients
1 ounce raspberry jam
1 ounce brown sugar
1 ounce Worcestershire sauce
1 ounce tomato sauce
1 ounce malt vinegar
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
a pinch of salt and black pepper
Directions
Mix all Ingredients in a saucepan on high heat, stirring often. Bring sauce to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes until it reaches desired consistency.
